You have been withdrawn from the course if you did not complete all course work prior to February 22nd, 2021.

Enrolled in a grade 9 or grade 10 course 

• A withdrawal will not be reported on your ILC transcript 

Enrolled in a grade 11 or grade 12 course 

• A withdrawal will not be reported on your ILC transcript if you did not reach the course midpoint
• A withdrawal (W) will be reported on your ILC transcript if you reached the course midpoint 
  

I wrote a final test

Your final test will be marked if you recently completed your final test on or before February 22nd, 2021. 

Once you receive an automated email indicating that your test has been marked, log in to your TVO ILC portal to view your final test mark and overall course mark.

Enrolled in a grade 9 or grade 10 course and successful

• You will earn your course credit and a final mark will be reported on your ILC transcript

Enrolled in a grade 9 or grade 10 course and unsuccessful

• If the 1st attempt of the final test, you will be withdrawn from the course and a withdrawal will not be reported on your ILC transcript
• If the 2nd attempt of the final test, you will not earn the credit and the course will not be reported on your ILC transcript

Enrolled in a grade 11 or grade 12 course and successful

• You will earn your course credit and a final mark will be reported on your ILC transcript.

Enrolled in a grade 11 or grade 12 course and unsuccessful

• If the 1st attempt of the final test, you will be withdrawn from the course and a withdrawal (W) will be reported on your ILC
• If the 2nd attempt of the final test, you will not earn the credit and a mark of 40% (0.00 credit value) will be reported on your ILC transcript
